Dr Grosse travels the world conducting business seminars, private one-on-one sessions, lectures and corporate training programs.

His wife, Victoria Sinclair, co-facilitates a number of the seminars. Dr Fred’s personally created courses cover a diverse range of areas within business and personal growth such as management development, goal setting and implementation, time management and prioritization, employee satisfaction and stress management.

He attracts captains of industry and leaders in their field from prominent companies across a wide range of professions, who turn to him in the pursuit of identification and fulfillment of their full potential.

Every high performance athlete has a coach and in the business world every entrepreneurial individual should have a similar mentor to help them reach the heights they’re capable of reaching. Dr Grosse provides an opportunity to work personally with himself, a specialist who has helped thousands of peak performers discover new levels of productivity and personal satisfaction. Dr Grosse is a business psychotherapist, corporate consultant, systems designer, personal coach, mentor and trainer. He shares his considerable insight and practical experience with luminaries of the real estate, legal, accounting, automotive and other key industries, as well as private individuals who pursue excellence as a matter of course.

He has the critical edge which gives his clients the ability to work smarter, to maximize income while minimizing the time it takes to do this, and to take steps towards identifying and fulfilling their unique life purpose. The Wealth³ Boutique 100 is a one day to week-long business conference for a select number of individuals with a minimum of one year’s experience with Dr Grosse (although special provision will be made for significant others). The Boutique seminar is designed to be a life-changing experience conducted in inspirational surroundings. Recent past destinations have included Bali, Queenstown, New Zealand, Crete and a medieval mansion among the vineyards in Tuscany. In addition, two day boutique programs are offered in diverse locations including Bhutan, Siem Reap in Cambodia, Paris, Istanbul, Amman Jordan and Jerusalem.

Each applicant is interviewed prior so that the week can be personalised to individual agendas. The Boutique “100” is where Dr Grosse and Victoria undertake some of their most profound work, effecting powerful shifts in understanding and allowing guests to go deep and explore their challenges and goals.

Wealth³ seminars provide an opportunity to participate in a year-long training program with Dr Grosse and a number of inspirational high achievers in a Mastermind Group. Up to 30 individuals meet three or four times a year for two days at a time to receive in-depth coaching and cutting edge solutions to the dilemmas and difficulties standing between you and your aspirations.

The aim of the seminars is to transform counter-productive business and personal behaviors and belief patterns into permanent, life and career altering assets. You will find the seminars instrumental in your quest to maximize earnings, relinquish self-defeating behaviour and find true meaning in your accomplishments.

With the 1K Accountability Program Dr Grosse will become your private coach and ‘peer partner’. He will support you and your business in achieving your specific goals, help you meet your commitments and adhere to the rewards and consequences you set for yourself.

He will personally design a daily Accountability Program and will then work extremely closely with you to ensure you are on track. As your coach he will be in email contact with you daily and in telephone contact at scheduled times throughout the month. He will also be available for face to face and telephone coaching on an as-needed basis.

During your sessions every moment is dedicated to you – your business and personal goals, dreams, satisfaction and achievements. Every session is recorded for you to keep for future reference.
